At the morning open, China’s most-active futures contracts were mostly higher.
LPG and fuel oil rose over 7%; low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) gained more than 4%;
methanol climbed about 4%; white sugar and No.20 rubber advanced near 3%;
polypropylene and Soybean No.1 were up over 2%. On the downside, palladium fell
nearly 7%, platinum dropped more than 3%, iron ore fell about 2%, and SHFE
silver, gold, aluminum, aluminum alloy and zinc declined over 1%.
