Since the launch of ChatGPT in late 2022, which sparked a global wave of generative AI, this round of AI industry transformation has lasted for nearly four years. The United States currently still leads in upstream AI technology, capital, and large-scale computing power ecosystems; while China has a greater advantage in power, engineering construction, manufacturing scenarios, and application implementation. The key to future competition will not be which model is stronger, but who can convert electricity, chips, computing power, and models into real revenue at a lower overall cost.
