China's Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security said it will study
issuing a service-sector development document to promote employment. The
ministry will deepen implementation of measures to stabilize jobs, expand and
improve employment quality, prioritize stabilizing employment in labor‑intensive
industries and tap job potential in emerging and future industries, coordinating
with other departments on the policy.
