Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau says the Shenzhen Housing Provident Fund Center has drafted a notice for public consultation to expand housing provident fund use to support housing consumption. Under the draft, employee households may withdraw from the fund to renovate one property they own in Shenzhen, with a maximum withdrawal of 250,000 yuan. The draft also allows withdrawals to pay property management fees for one owned Shenzhen property, capped at 550 yuan per month.
