Nanya Technology: Plans to build a 3D wafer packaging and testing facility in the Pingtung Science Park. The facility will utilize advanced 3D integrated circuit technologies, including through-silicon vias (TSV) and wafer stacking, by the end of 2028. Our future capacity expansion plans will primarily be based on AI projects undertaken by our customers under long-term investment agreements (LTAs).
