Existing and new investors are each expected to provide roughly half of the capital. Pre-money valuation remains around 500 billion yuan. New entrants are mainly strategic industry investors, including Shixi Capital, Zhongxin Juyuan, CPE Yuanfeng, Junlian Capital and Geely.
