Announced at the 2026 Physical AI and World Models Conference in Nanjing, a
Jiangsu–Anhui municipal alliance of 10 Yangtze River Delta cities, including
Nanjing and Wuhu, will jointly develop the data‑labeling industry and establish
a joint data‑labeling innovation center. The national pilot aims to provide
infrastructure for AI model training and deployment, accelerate large‑model
iteration and commercialization, and tackle fragmented industry resources,
inconsistent standards and weak regional coordination.
