Capex nearly doubled to $19.6bn, with $16.4bn tied to AI; The company expects this capex level to remain broadly unchanged in the near term. Starlink subs 13.6m vs 12.19m expected; monthly ARPU fell to $69 from $99 in 2023 as cheaper plans supported overseas expansion.
