As of Oct. 26, 2026, Sci‑Tech Innovation Board (STAR Market) companies have announced 114 new share buyback plans with a combined upper limit of CNY18.0bln; they also filed 42 plans to increase holdings with a combined cap of CNY1.5bln. Activity accelerated in October: 23 new buyback plans totaling CNY5.8bln—about one‑third of the year‑to‑date cap—and six increase‑of‑holdings plans totaling CNY250mln.
