He said it is inconsistent to discuss Strait of Hormuz security while maintaining an economic blockade, abandoning the Islamabad understanding and expecting Iran to assume obligations unilaterally; that would be a one‑sided, unsustainable deal. Iran insists its demands be implemented first.
