The Shanghai Stock Exchange held two seminars for listed companies and market
institutions, inviting seven listed firms and seven representatives from
securities, appraisal, VC and insurance firms to discuss resolving same‑industry
competition among central and state‑owned enterprises, cross‑sector M&A for
transformation, installment‑payment tools, tech‑company valuation and M&A
insurance credit enhancement. The meetings aimed to help listed companies better
deploy M&A and restructuring tools. Since the release of the "six M&A measures",
Shanghai‑listed disclosures of asset restructurings total 1,859, including 178
major asset restructurings.
