The notice stated that, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Notice of the Ministry of Natural Resources on Using Local Government Special Bond Funds to Acquire and Reclaim Idle Land" (Natural Resources Development [2024] No. 242), and with the approval of the municipal government and after consultation with the land user, it is proposed to acquire and reclaim the land use rights of one plot of state-owned construction land.
