The bureau said it will continue to refine the market-oriented data-factor allocation reform "531" system, expand value-extraction pathways for data elements, accelerate building a data-as-key-factor digital economy, align policy with the 15th Five-Year Plan deployment, intensify monitoring of digital-economy developments, prepare policy reserves, and promote deeper integration of the digital and real economies to strengthen and scale China's digital economy.
