Teams will use the “four no, two direct” method (no advance notice, no briefing, no materials; go straight to front-line units and on-site locations) to inspect key industries, critical sites and vulnerable points and push implementation of safety responsibilities. On Sept. 26, Song Yuanming, deputy director of the State Council Work Safety Committee office and vice minister of the Ministry of Emergency Management, conducted a video spot-check of inspections in Beijing, Liaoning, Shandong, Sichuan and Shaanxi and urged local authorities to further strengthen safety measures to ensure holiday stability.
