Lianjia said the MoM fall largely reflected fewer working days in October and that its actual signed volume edged up slightly MoM. Transaction prices were broadly stable in October, with most districts showing steady or only minor price movement.

On Nov. 1 local time, the Kyiv city state administration reported Russian strikes on the capital's energy infrastructure cut power to a water-supply facility, causing widespread drops in water pressure and risking temporary outages in some residential buildings. Officials said pressure will gradually recover after power is restored but full citywide service restoration will take time. Kyiv's water utility has dispatched technicians to carry out repairs.
