Lianjia Research Institute, citing Beijing Municipal Housing and Urban‑Rural Development Commission data, reported 13,081 online contract registrations for Beijing second‑hand residential units in October, up 8.2% YoY and down 17.0% MoM. Lianjia said the MoM fell largely reflected fewer working days in October and that its actual signed volume edged up slightly MoM. Transaction prices were broadly stable in October, with most districts showing steady or only minor price movement.
