Danske Bank analysts say markets will watch upcoming Fed policy meetings to
judge whether Fed Chair Kevin Wash will act on inflation concerns. Citing Wash’s
view that inflation remains above target, financial conditions are not yet
meaningfully tighter, the labor market is stable and growth is broadly steady
but uneven, Danske still expects rate increases in December and March, but
judges the risk tilted toward earlier hikes.
